Les Parasols is a stunning and well-presented 1900's style villa set within beautiful vast landscaped and mature grounds with a fantastic and very large fenced pool as well as palm trees, flowers and large old Mediterranean trees

Situated in La Tour de Mare, a residential area consisting of lovely villas in wide avenues and surrounded by pine trees, within easy reach of quality convenience stores ( 1 km).

There are further shops in Fréjus 1 km, which is 10 km from St Raphaël, 40 km from St Tropez and 35 km from Cannes.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

The Cote d'azur stretches along the warmest coastline of France from Provence to the Italian border. The beaches from pebble to fine sand are well maintained and some 'private' offer extra facilities, bars and restaurants for a whole days comfortable seaside lounging!

Gastronomy is at its best catering for some of the most prestigious clients but offering many choices of restaurant all along the coast. The bustling cities of Cannes and Nice contrast to the small and still authentic perched villages on the hilltops, and other smaller towns offer quiet corners with dotted villas and yet still most interesting town centres alive with artistic history and tradition.

Further north the terraced hillsides lead up into cooler parts and the Alps can be seen towering above. Hiking and walking as well as many watersports on the lakes will be amongst activities here away from the busier coasts.

The Frejus area

Situated at the entrance of St Raphaël and St Aygulf, Fréjus is situated along the coastline aptly named la Corniche d’Or, the because of the massif de l’Estérel with its enormous red blocks which plunge into the mediterranean. Fréjus shines with its splendid ancient past and equally rich medieval heritage. 10 km from St Raphaël, 40 km from St Tropez and 35 km from Cannes.

PLACES TO VISIT:
St Raphaël. 10 km. Family seaside resort and major sailing centre backed by the rugged Massif de l'Estérel. The resort also boasts 5 golf courses and a casino and is ideal for deep-sea diving and coastal walks.
St Cassien lake. 20 km. Beautiful lake with clean water and small beaches, and lovely place for windsurfing and other watersports. Ideal to cool off on a hot day!
Callian. 30 km. Small but charming medieval village with its own castle and winding streets. Starting place for many hikes and walks.
Fayence. 35 km. Much visited hill top fortified village, between sea and mountains and surrounded by picturesque Provencal countryside. Also renowned for its gliding centre, often considered the best in Europe.

Parc Zoologique, Fréjus. 6 km. Animal park. Enjoy a walk or drive through this 20 hectare park where you will discover over 130 animal species from all 5 continents, ranging from the smallest, the Cotton Top Tamarin to the biggest, the Asian Elephant.
Golf de L'Estérel, St Raphaël. 6 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 71- 5825m. American style course in the heart of the Massif de l'Estérel with great views over the Mediterranean Sea.
Aqualand, Fréjus. 8 km. Waterpark. Fantastic waterpark with a great number of water rides for the whole family, including the largest wave pool in Europe and the huge Twin-Twister water slide. Not for the faint hearted!
Le Jardin de César et Léonie, Le Muy. 25 km. Horse riding, Tree top adventure park. For great thrills in all security, up to 12m in height. Different trails for all abilities and ages and a lovely way to discover the forest. Also pony and horse rides available. At Les Folies de Léonie, there is free access to a giant playground under parents’ supervision.
