The South East England / Sussex region
The High Weald of the East Sussex/Kent border is an area of outstanding natural beauty with ancient oak forests, sweeping vistas and patchwork fields.
Adjacent to Knowle Grange Health Club, guests can take out a weekly membership(adults only) for a small charge and enjoy use of the spa, gym, extensive gardens and its large outdoor heated pool open all year. Health and beauty treatments and pamper days are available to non-members and can be pre-booked.
The Frant area
The Spa Town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is 4 miles, where you can experience 18th century elegance at the Pantiles and try the medicinal waters of the Chalybeate spring reputed to cure all sorts of ills including hangovers! Bewl Water with a 17 mile perimeter offers a plethora of outdoor activities including cycle routes, vineyards, castles, gardens and fishing lakes, all within a short drive.
The area also offers excellent local pubs and award winning restaurants. Frant village within 2 miles has two pubs, and shop/post office. The town of Wadhurst is 3 miles away and offers everything you' are likely to need: banks, doctors', dentist, surgery, shops, pubs, restaurants, post office, etc.
