Potash Barns are stricking family holiday barns bursting with charm and character. The stunning Suffolk coastline nearby together with a menagerie of farm animals and plenty of space for children to roam free provides a perfect backdrop for famliles wishing to discover a rural retreat with plenty to keep all ages happy. The accommodation is converted barns on a farm of 8 acres smallholding in the sleepy hamlet of Brundish with the Suffolk beaches boasting the coastal gems Southwold, Alldeburgh and Thorpness. Potash Farm is no longer a working farm but has lots of animals that are the resident pets. Little ones love to help feed all the animals and collect the hen eggs. You can even join in feeding the baby kids and lambs.

Master Bedroom
In the master bedroom there is plenty of room to get a cot in or small child's bed and these can be provided and there is a half glazed sky light which gives a superb view of the sky at night. This room has plenty of beams and elm flooring. It also has an en suite shower.
Ground Floor bedroom
A triple bedded room, containg a double and single bed. It has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and wash basin - an ideal room for a guest that doesn't like stairs!
Two further bedrooms one twin and one double
Lounge
Light and spacious with its own large powerful wood-burner with a dining area to sit 18. French doors lead onto the decking area with a BBQ and hardwood table and chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan and adjoins the lounge area. Again, like all the units it is equippedto a high standard with Stoves range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave as well as food processor for the discerning cooks. Above all it is compact and user friendly.

There is seven acres in total of land to enjoy with all the animals on the farm. There is a small field for football and swings and the every popular trampoline for the children. There is also bike for the children to enjoy free of charge while the grown ups can relax on our patio area enjoying a lazy day reading the papers.
Let your children feed our resident pygmy goats , chickens, lambs and ducks they will love it !!!

The Framlingham / Brundish area
The Property is ideally situated for those seeking an escape from the rigours of town and city life, or those needing a beautiful base from which to explore everything this wonderful and historic county has to offer. The property is only 5 miles from Framlingham castle.
Our farm is surrounded is beautiful countryside with so many great attraction to visit.
We have many wonderful pubs in the area The Brundish Crown at the top of the lane,The Kings Head (3 miles) only one of two remaining traditional suffolk pubs left and the Queens Head at Dennington (3 miles) and the award winning White Horse at Sibton Green (5 miles).
There are plenty of family activities within the surrey area such as Jimmy's Farm (as seen on TV with a nature trail, farm and adventure playground.), Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park with its wonderful animal and acrobatic shows and a swimming pool 3 miles away. For the golf entusiasts there are various golf clubs within driving distance of the property. All in all this is a holiday for the whole family to enjoy together.

Back again for the third time and had a fantastic holiday as always. Will be back!!!
Enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. greated with a warm welcome after a long journey. Barns very comfortable and homely. Helpful owners, where nothing is too much trouble. Will be back.
We had a great break. It's a lovely location and cottage is nicely furnished etc. We are all sad to be going.
