The 18thC Cart Lodge is a single storey farm building in the courtyard. It has been converted to a very high 4 star standard. It has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a useful sofabed in the spacious living room. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower (great for less mobile guests) and a victorian bath.
The bedrooms are to a high standard with beautiful elm floorboards. The kitchen is very well equipped again to a high standard with a Stoves six gas burner, double range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washer/drier. The children will love the animals and we encourage our little guests to help feed and egg collect. Visit our video on our website.

Kitchen - Fullly equipped with 7 range burner, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Private fenced garden ideal for dogs. With patio and furniture. We have a great games area with a trampoline etc and football area. We encourage guests to help feed all our animals horse, lambs, pygmy goats, ducks, chickens etc. Great for the children to run free in a safe environment.

Our Farm is in such a great location as it is in easy distance to the coast and surround by other great places for families and couples to visit in the countryside. You have the Castle at Framlingham, Farm Park at Easton, Saxted Green Post Mill, Bressingham Steam and Gardens, Suffolk Owl Sanctuary and lots more. Please see a list of things to do on our wesbite.
The Framlingham / Brundish area
The Property is ideally situated for those seeking an escape from the rigours of town and city life, or those needing a beautiful base from which to explore everything this wonderful and historic county has to offer. The property is only 5 miles from Framlingham castle.
Our farm is surrounded is beautiful countryside with so many great attraction to visit.
We have many wonderful pubs in the area The Brundish Crown at the top of the lane,The Kings Head (3 miles) only one of two remaining traditional suffolk pubs left and the Queens Head at Dennington (3 miles) and the award winning White Horse at Sibton Green (5 miles).
There are plenty of family activities within the surrey area such as Jimmy's Farm (as seen on TV with a nature trail, farm and adventure playground.), Pleasurewood Hills Leisure Park with its wonderful animal and acrobatic shows and a swimming pool 3 miles away. For the golf entusiasts there are various golf clubs within driving distance of the property. All in all this is a holiday for the whole family to enjoy together.
