Located in Foz Do Arelho, a charming Portuguese village, just 55 minutes drive from Lisbon, this luxury first floor apartment enjoys breathtaking views of the Atlantic and the shimmering lagoon. It is set within a secure gated complex with shared 3 tier infinity pools, gym, sauna, and private underground parking. The surfers paradise beach is a short stroll away, whilst to the left the lagoon offers safe bathing for young children, along with rock pools to hunt for crabs and small fish.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants along the promanade, all with fantastic lagoon and sea views offering a wide choice of cuisine, including plenty of fresh fish.
The town centre of Foz is a 10 minute walk where you will find all the amenities such as small supermarkets, bank, bakery, pharmacy, doctor and plenty more restaurants. There is also a fresh shell fish market along the lagoon.
Foz do Arelho is only 30 minutes drive from Praia D'el Ray golf course.

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast region
This region of Portugal is relatively undiscovered, and has endless wide sandy beaches with rugged cliffs. It still retains the charm of 'real' Portugal with plenty of historical sites to visit.
Foz do Arelho area
Foz Do Arelo boasts one of the best beaches in the Silver Coast, unusual because of the tranquil lagoon to one side and the amazing Altantic rollers to the other. This resort is protected from tourism but still has plenty of bars and restaurants and remains 'open' all year round. There is a sailing school on the lagoon offering kite surfing, canooing, sailing and catamarans. Caldas Da Rainha, only 10 mins drive is a lovely old town with plenty of shops , hospital, hyper markets, daily fresh produce market and a trian and bus link directly to Lisbon.
The walled medieval town of Obidos is just a 20 minute drive and is very popular with tourists! It has no cars in the the town and holds regular festivals including the February chocolate festival and a torchlight procession through the cobbled streets in Easter.
