The villa benefits from gas central heating and a real wood fire in the lounge. Families with young children are catered for with provision of cots and high chairs. The pool can be seen from many aspects of the house with access to the pool making it very safe for children. Also the villa is on a private road/drive making it suitable for children to play freely.

The villa is set in a private road with direct access to the pool. The villa benefits from lawned gardens both front and rear. There are also two sun terraces, one with BBQ. Whilst the pool is shared with 6 other villas, this villa is the only one with private access. The pool is large and has views of the surrounding hills and pine forests.
The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region
The Silver Coast is stunning and can be reached from Lisbon airport within the hours drive.
The area offers amazing beaches, scenary and places to visit like Obdios which is only 10 mins drive from the villa.
You can enjoy sunny days throughout the year with an almost tropical climate which means it really is a year round destination.
The Silver Coast is perfect for those people looking for the REAL PORTUGAL
The Foz do Arelho area
Foz Do Arelho has one of the best beaches in Portugal (see the pics) but its a well kept secret which many foreign tourists havent discovered YET! The lagoon and the beach as well as the surrounding villages of Obidos and Sao Martino are amazing places to visit and are both a short drive (10 mins) away from the Villa.
There are some great fish restaurants on the beach as well as a fantastic Surf, Sailing School
The beach villa is 5 min drive to Foz beach and Lagoon- both stunning and both suitable and warm enough for children and families but also great for surfing, windsurfing and sailing. 15 walk to Foz beach and Lagoon.

We spent a fantastic 10 days at Casa Una. The villa was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. It had a wonderful homely feel to it and the children loved the pool. It is in a quiet area with very easy access to the fantastic beach and lagoon. The local butcher was second to none both in price and quality. The bbq was well used during our holiday and we washed it down with some lovely portugese wine. There were two excellent restaurants and a delicious pastry cafe and ice cream parlour close by. We wanted a relaxing holiday, not in a tourist hotspot and we found this here. We had a brilliant time and would definatley recommend the villa for families. Spacious, clean, fully equipped and great change of towels and sheets mid way in the two week stay.
