The property has three balconies/patios and has the advantage of an integral garage plus one further parking space. Imaginatively decorated, furnished to a high standard and equipped with every comfort, Estuary Heights will guarantee you a first class holiday in the lovely town of Fowey.
Wooden stairs lead up to the front door and into a spacious hallway. Bedroom 1 is on this floor and has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. Down a half flight of stairs is the Bedroom 2 with a king size bed, built in wardrobe, ample storage space and DVD player and Digital TV. French doors lead out onto the balcony with lovely views over the town to the estuary. On this floor is the family bathroom with bath, shower over, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
Down a further half flight of stairs leads to Bedroom 3 with en-suite shower room with full size shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. This large room has twin beds, TV/Video and also has French doors leading onto a large patio looking over the town and river. The sitting room is situated on the second floor and is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, occasional tables and is equipped with widescreen Digital TV, DVD player, Video, Playstation and stereo system. A large selection of DVD's, Videos and computer games are provided. Double French doors open on to the balcony with panoramic views over the town, Place, the estuary and over to Polruan.
On the top floor is a very spacious kitchen/dining room. Equipped to an extremely high standard the kitchen provides two built in fridges, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, Radio/CD player, coffee maker, food processor, slow cooker and a large range of high quality crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is a freezer located in the garage.
There is an integral garage and patio furniture is provided for all the balconies in the summer months. There is a tumble dryer, cot, high chair and also a payphone at the property. High quality bedding, linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack of groceries and essentials greets you on arrival. The house is also equipped with complementary wireless and wired broadband internet access.
Please note that children must be supervised on the balconies and patio.

The West Country region
Once one of the foremost trading ports in Europe, the historic town of Fowey is set on the hillside on the banks of the River Fowey in a natural harbour that is a haven for maritime visitors, holiday makers and walkers.
Local attractions include The Eden Project, The lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House, Charlestown Georgian Harbour. Nearby local towns include Mevagissey, Fowey's sister town across the water, Porluan and Polperro.
The coastline around Fowey is a stunning combination of dramatic cliffs and green hills, both leading down to sandy beaches, some of which are tucked away in little coves.
Fowey is surrounded by land owned by the National Trust and the landscape remains stunningly beautiful.
Walks abound in all directions and the views are simply stunning. There are numerous local beaches, tended and cleaned by the townsfolk, which are clean and safe.
The town offers excellent shopping facilities ranging from every day items to fashion boutiques, second hand book-shops and places where a great variety of fresh local produce can be found.
Numerous good quality restaurants and traditional Cornish pubs are within walking distance of the property, several being within a couple of minutes walk.
