Fishing for white trout available on river 100 yards away. Very large front lawned garden with picnic table, BBQ and play area with swing, slide, punch bag and small climbing wall. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 2.5 miles. Note: The owner's son runs a kennel nearby, please contact the owner if you require further information. Note: Owner is happy to help book activities from local adventure company, please contact at least four weeks prior to arrival for further information.

The Foulksmills area
The delightful area of Foulksmills is situated in the heart of County Wexford. There are charming villages and hamlets scattered throughout this pretty area. Wexford, the county town, has a wide range of amenities including the Opera House and numerous pubs and restaurants. The Hook Peninsula and Rossiare Strand are home to 14 stunning beaches, just right for a family friendly holiday. Inland offers fabulous country walks and golfers can enjoy visiting one of the many courses nearby. Other nearby attractions include the Duncannon Lighthouse, Saltee Islands, JFK Arboretum and Dunbrody Famine Ship at New Ross. This area has a lot to offer the holidaymaker and makes a great base to see this fabulous part of Ireland.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
