This Villa is a new villa divided into 2 identical modern apartments, the first apartment is on the ground floor (Apt 1) and the second is on the first floor (Apt 2). Each apartment is independent and beautifully furnished , with both enjoying the tree and plant filled private garden.
Surrounded by other lovely villas, this property is set in a peaceful area and fairly close to the shops and to the beach. Apartment 1 has a covered patio with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining, while apartment 2 has two balconies.
