Casa Yemanja is an oas for the clientel that loves the sun, ocean and the beach. The house is newly built all with high standards. There is a 24 hour house keeper and a very talented chef. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the centre square of the village still located so it provides perfect privacy.
The five bedrooms are all having double beds and 4 of them have en suite bathrooms, two with walk in wardrobes. The garden features a grand swiming pool, a steam sauna and a barbeque area all well sized for one ore two large families.
The area is famous for being one of the best kitesurf spots on the planet and the village attract the surfer clientel as well as families with children. Fortaleza is only 35 minutes away and provides shopping and big city life if the beach life is to good.

The North East Brazil / Ceara region
25-30 Celsius all year around. Rain season is between mid Mars until end of May. There is no period of constant rain the rain period normally comes with daily showers. The rest of the year provides perfect beach weather with 25 degree water temperature and a cooling breeze from the ocean.
Fortaleza / Cumbuco area
Fortaleza is a big city, and provides any kind of activities. Cumbuco is an old fishing village, now descovered by tourists. The village still has it's charm as a fishing village and has adopted the toursits from both europe and the rest of the world very well. The main activites is beach life. The village was hosting the world cup in kiteboarding last year and are likly to have the event annually. The kiteboarders are giving the area a young and sporty mixture of tourism. Things like horsebackriding in the sand dunes, beach buggy safari and jet skiing are all very popular, just as fourwheeling and katamaran sailing.
How to get there
The closest airport is "Pinto Martins" in fortaleza. Casa Yemanja is located about 40 minutes by car from the airport. All regular car rentalcompanies are represented at the airport.

Further details indoors: Two floors. Upstairs is two bedrooms and a large lounge with a private bar. From the bar is a fantastic view over the village, the ocean and the sand dunes. Downstairs is 3 bedrooms, a large living room that is open towards the kitchen. There is also a storage and internet room and a laundry facility that is taken care of by the staff of the house.
The living room opens up towards the front yard with two big sliding doors.
Further details outdoors: Outside the front doors are some shaded space that conects the house with the swimming pool. The pool is kiddney shaped and has one deep and one shallow end suitable for children. Next to the pool is a so called bika, a waterfall like shower. There is also a WC/dressing room, a huge steam souna with built in shower and a large barbeque area.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. The only additional cost is the tip the staff. The norm is to give the caseiro a 5% on top of the total rental fee as a tip. Part of the tip should be paid on when the laudry or other service tasks are done. And the major part of the tip is paid when you leave the house. The caseiro has a base salary but that is not including the favors he do for the tenants.
The Caseiro of Casa Yemanja is well paid in comparison with most other with the same profession and he and his family are proud workers that always do their best. The caseiro family are very close friends to us and have our full trust.

Payments are made with bank transfer to our swedish bank. Prices can be given in Reals, USD, SEK or Brittish Pounds.
