Home description
The house is right on the beach, on a private land of 6000 sqm with swimming pool and coconut trees. The house is 250 sqm with 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has been completely renewed and is very nicely decorated, with king size beds in three of the rooms, and twin beds in the other two (that can be joined into one queen size bed). Prices range from 1.500 to 2.500 euros per week and include cleaning of the house and breakfast. It's perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends, whether you practice water sports or not. The house and the swimming pool are protected from the wind to allow perfect relaxing or playing for children.

The North East Brazil / Ceara region

How to get there
Our correspondant in Fortaleza will be waiting for you and will take you to the house in Taiba or organize the transfer, either by taxi or with rental car.

Further details indoors: The house is well equipped with TV, DVD and stereo, and everything you need in the kitchen. Good quality linen and towels are provided. Three of the five rooms offer kingsize beds (2mX2m) and their own bathroom. The two other rooms are furnished with two single beds that may be put together and offer queen size beds (1.8m X 2m) and share the same bathroom. The house keepers live in a separate house at the entrance of the property and do the cleaning of the house and prepare breakfast everyday (cost of food not included). We may also provide a full service (cook, housekeeper...) so you can enjoy your stay without taking care of anything.
Further details outdoors: The house has direct access to the beach, right in front of the house. The garden provides relaxing and secure playing area for all the family, even young children. Experienced kitesurfers may launch or land their kite directly in the garden, and kite right in front of the house in perfect conditions : easy shorebreak, nice waves around 1 meter, perfect wind orientation. Taiba beach is also famous for windsurfing and surfing, as many national competitions are organized on the beach less than 200 meters from the house. Located in the village of Taiba, near the centre, the house is at walking distance from restaurants (a lot of restaurants are opening in the area), beach bars, market... Besides, our correspondant may help you organize your holidays in many ways : transfers from Fortaleza, car rentals (4X4 or Buggy), activities in the area, excursion trips...
Further details
Payment : 50% on booking and 50% two weeks prior to the stay. Deposit of 1000 Euros by check or cash at the entrance and refunded at the end of the stay, after deduction of eventual damages or losses of belongings of the property.
