Sunset Villa is located just 10 minutes’ by car from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of best kept secretsof Brazil. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Beach Park. the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out on the beach. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony , furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one twin bedroom, the second building has one bedroom, and kitchen at all bedrooms have their own bathrooms, The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The North East Brazil / Ceara region
We are located in a beautiful and quiet really save neighborhood, very close by the beach. The temperature the whole year, around 30° .
Fortaleza city in northeastern Brazil, capital of Ceará State, a seaport on the Atlantic Ocean, near the mouth of the Ceará River. The Pajeú, a branch of the Ceará, runs through the city, dividing it into two sections. It is one of Brazil's chief seaports and has additional harbor facilities at nearby Mucuripe Point.
Fortaleza area
Fortaleza, many beautiful beach use in the area also close by the mountains. We will arrange excursions, especially a trip on a dune buggies.
In the city of Fortaleza you can visit many outstanding beaches, at these beaches you can take rides on Brazils famous buggies, you can go horse back riding, surfing and there are possibilities to go on boat rides as well. Surfing is popular all along the coast, with plenty of good surf schools close to Fortaleza. Ceara is very familiar and popular for windsurfing and Kite surfing. Porto Das Dunas is a good place to go, the hardcore mecca is north-west of Fortaleza in places such as Jericoacoara or Areia Branca..
10 [by car minutes] away from our house there is a beautiful tourist attraction called The Beach Park. It is known to be one of the biggest water parks in Brazil. There you can go on many creative and interesting water activities that you and your family could enjoy! There are many restaurants [Barracas] located on the beach which offers great brazilian cuisines and of course delicious seafood. Being a great tourist attraction it is also a great place to meet people or to just sit in the sun and relax
How to get there
Aquiraz is located 20 minutes from the airport in Fortaleza, we pick you up from the airport. And we will bring you to our wonderful villa Jerome.

Further details outdoors: Big swimming pool beautiful barbecue area where you can watch your kids swimming in the pool a lot of fruit trees if you're lucky you can pick a lot of different fruit right from the tree.

If you send us details we will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the villa Jerome. Also we some one working for our customers doing laundry and dishes making bets etc. for an extra fee.
