Fortaleza / Porto Das Dunas area
There are interesting places everywhere along the 590 kilometres long beach. You can rent a Beach-Buggy car and drive on the beach or among the dunes..Aquiraz has colourful dunes, abundant vegetation, beautiful beaches and is classified as cultural and historical patrimony.
500 metres from our house is Beach Park, the greatest aquatic park in Brazil. The distance from Fortaleza, the Ceara State capital, is about 25 kilometres. A big shopping-centre (mall) is 10 minutes drive away, and the football-stadion about the same. You should visit Fortaleza and experience the promenade Beira Mar in the evening. There you can buy almost everything. You also should go by car further south to Morro Branco and Canoe Quebrada and also further north. To visit the inland is also a great experience.

Further details indoors: The house is situated in a Condominio, i.e. 20 houses belonging to the same area with a swimming-pool, a sportsfield and a gatekeeper in common. In most houses there are brazilians from the higher middle class. They are the most wonderful neighbours and do their best to take care of us when we are there. Children can play outside and feel completely safe. The gatekeeper don't let anyone in who does not belong to the area. There is enough space with 4 bedrooms and four bathrooms, a veranda (on the first floor) and a garden/terrace on the ground floor. In addition there is a double garage connected to the house and a washing - room with a washing machine. In the garden you also have a shower and a barbecue. The sportsfield and the swimming-pool can freely be used by our rentals.
Conditions
