"A cosy warm house in very nice surroundings"

Stone Cottage is a very nice house between Ballachulish and Glencoe, Scotland. Very well equiped, with a friendly atmosphere. We had a good time with mixed weather, in the direct surroundings you can walk on an easy and a difficult level. It's located at a (in daytime rather busy) road (that's the only disadvantage), but therefore you can go everywhere. We did a lot of trips, walking and by car. When the weather is fine, you have a direct view on perfect sunsets.

"Cosy cottage, excellent location, great value."

We had a great wee break in Stone Cottage 1. Ideal location just on the edge of Glencoe Village and 20 mins drive from the ski resort. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Just wish we could have stayed a little longer.

"Cracking cottage on the edge of Glen Coe village"

I had a fantastic four days staying in the cottage.

I had booked my stay at short notice and was given clear booking instructions from the owner. This made the process painfree and straightforward.

When i arrived at the cottage, i found everything as explained in my welcome email. I w as pleasantly surprised to find logs and kindling sticks waiting for me. The a coronation was spotless and comfortable, just what i needed after a day walking.

The location was perfect for me, just on the edge of Glen Coe village. There is a local shop and a garage almost on your doorstep that provides all the basic essentials.

I would definitely recommend staying at the cottage.
