About the home

Mountain views are what many visitors crave when they are in Scotland and Nevis Rest supplies these in abundance. A bijou apartment, with one bedroom and bathroom, this venue provides a mountain retreat for
couples looking to escape from it all. The Highlands are Britain's only real wilderness and there is plenty of space here; the venue is set within two acres of gardens which completely surround it. As for inside, the
lounge has a large leather sofa to sink into and the bedroom is served by an en-suite shower room. With a small, well-behaved pet allowed, as well as off-road parking available, this is a great starting point to explore the Scottish Highlands.

Lounge/Diner: With feature electric fire, satellite Free View HD TV and DVD recorder, radio/CD; a lovely open plan living area with solid oak flooring and deep leather sofa bed (for + 2)
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice box; a very attractive modern and well equipped kitchen in an unusual semi circular design. Use of washing  machine in adjoining main house.
Bedroom: With double bed and en suite facilities with shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.

The Scottish Highlands region

Natural and untouched, a place that has been unspoilt by the demands of tourism or commercial interests, the Highlands of Scotland is one of Britain's most beautiful and stunning holiday destinations.

The Fort William / Spean Bridge area

The Scottish Highlands is one of the most exciting regions in Britain for wildlife enthusiasts. Otters, golden eagles, pine martens, deer and a host of other species wander wild in the mountains and forests, while the waters are well-stocked with fish for any anglers in the party. The opportunity exists for outdoor enthusiasts to try out winter sports such as snowboarding nearby in the winter months, while the woods and hillsides are summer haunts for mountain bikers, hikers, runners and bird watchers. This really does feel like the outdoor capital of the UK. Fort William is nearby if all that fresh air gets too much though. With modern shopping facilities and award-winning restaurants, it makes this part of the Highlands even more enticing.
