"Fantastic apartment in a stunning location"
We were met upon our arrival by the caretaker and he very kindly provided a tour of the resort facilities and the apartment itself. The apartment is exceptionally well appointed and more than lived up to our expectations. It was warm and inviting upon arrival and we immediately felt the long journey melt away.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and definitely a home from home. Beds were comfortable and ideal after a day walking and sightseeing in the local area. Around the apartment are many photographs and the owner has taken time to provide information about each one. It is that attention to detail that sets this apartment out from the rest. We all loved the photo of the family dog upstairs and a very attractive 'highland coo' downstairs.
We had a fabulous short break and cannot wait to return.

"First Class Holiday"
Stayed for 1 week during Easter holidays. The Abbey is a wonderful place and has been thoughtfully restored. Pool opened towards the end of our stay and offers swimming, steam room and sauna and needs to be pre booked. Pool medium sized however booking system limits numbers so not overcrowded. The Classrooms is first class apartment, modern and spacious rooms really well designed. Looks out onto the playing field which is handy if you have children. A short walk brings you to the centre of Fort Augustus which is a great town with a few pubs and restaurants. Overall I rate everything excellent and have booked to return in April 2013
