I am sorry you found the mattresses of poor quality. We actually bought very good quality and expensive beds when we furnished this apartment 4 years ago, as it is very important to me personally to have comfortable beds when I am on holiday. On most occasions I am disappointed when renting other properties. Perhaps you are used to a very firm bed. I am delighted that, apart from the beds, you liked the apartment.
