"Great Place - very romantic and stylish as well as well kitted out"
My partner, dog and I came up to for a long weekend and I stayed on to do a couple days business. The location was excellent, next to a great park with loads of good paths for dog walking. For us humans, it was also close walk to several good pubs and sme great eateries as well as a grocery store open until 10pm (ideal when you realise you have forgotten your toothbrush). a 10 minute drive got us to a great beach which kept all sides happy.
The decor was excellent and made for a great romantic holiday. The kitchen was well kitted out with higher quality pots and pans etc than you would ususally expect in self catering accomodation and the bed was very comfortable. Was also pleasantly surprised that there was a washer AND a dryer. We did not use these but would be great for longer stays.
All and all I can not speak highly enough - and I will deffinitely be back for both work and pleasure.

I'm so pleased we found this cottage - we stayed for 5 nights and wanted the freedom to come and go as we pleased which B&Bs don't necessarily give you. The pictures of the cottage don't do it justice - they make it look a bit dark which it isn't at all. It has been thoughtfully decorated and fitted out - I can't think of anything it didn't have which we could have wanted! It was overall very comfortable and especially cosy in the evenings with the woodburner going. It is also very conveniently situated with restaurants and shops close by. The people in Forres are very friendly and helpful and the area is stunning - Findhorn and Lossiemouth beach are definitely worth a visit, very picturesque. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Forres to visit our daughter.
