This new duplex apartment is on the ground floor , it is light and airy with very comfortable furnishings throughout. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with additional drawer space and bedside lighting.The kitchen has granite worktops and walls, full size fridge- freezer and oven hob and extractor. leading off the kitchen is a utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer and drying rack for all your laundry needs so no need to over-pack and its ideal for children . The comfortable lounge has a flat screen tv with sky tv package so you don't have to miss out on uk soaps ! There is a selection of DVD'S provided for your entertainment. A spacious balcony with table and chairs leads off the lounge area- lovely to have breakfast in the sunshine or a late night sangria. There are 2 shower rooms and 1 full bathroom which are all finished to a high standard, towels are provided. The beautiful pool area is accessed by elevator or stairs in the lobby area of this prestigious apartment building. From the rooftop you will have a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and this friendly village location. You will find a BBQ area and sunbeds provided on the solarium also.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Sunny and hot during the summer months this region of spain enjoys its own micro climate which makes it a great place for some winter sun. the apartment is a short drive to Guardamar beach which holds blue flag status. Nearby Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland, the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.
Formentera del Segura area
La Marquesa golf club at Quesada is a 5 minute drive away and at least 3 other golf courses within 20 minutes drive including La Finca. There are two waterparks in the local area one being 5 mins drive away at Quesada the other at Torrivieja . The safari park at Elche makes a great day out for families. If you are looking for nightlife there are some great bars and nightclubs at Rojales which is only 3 minutes drive and at Ciudad Quesada there are some fabulous restaurants which offer real value for money . There are a good selection or bars also near Quesada arches, also offering great value and a fabulous night out.
How to get there
Alicante airport is 25 minutes drive and Murcia airport is 35 minutes away. both have frequent cheap flights from uk airports try ryanair, thompson, monarch, bmi baby and others. car hire is available at the airports or transfers can be arranged from 50 euros return for a party of 4, or 100 euros for a party of up to 8, this is a meet and great service fantastic value, i would recomend it if you dont want to drive from the airport.

Just returned from Spain and your amazing apartment. We all had a wonderful relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle. Apartment was even better in real life than it looks on the photos, a real home from home we couldn't of asked for more and so well equipped my wife wanted to stay. We will definitely be back soon . Just wanted to say thankyou for letting this apartment to us , we had a thouroughly fantastic time. Weather was perfect and we all loved the apartment and its location , peaceful and tranquil yet nightlife and bars were close enough to get to in the evenings when we wanted to go out so it was just perfect.
