Home description
The apartment is set amongst the orange & lemon groves yet only yards fom shops & bars. The apartment is very spacious offering all the latest appliances making an ideal home from home We have a large swimming pool only metres from the front door and the front of the apartment overlooks the gardens. There is also a small children's play area close by. The area is ideally situated for enjoying day trips to such places as Alicante, Murcia, Torrevieja and Benidorm. Also, locally there is a water theme park, ten pin bowling alley, go karting for all ages & salt lakes which are home to many species of birds. There are numerous championship golf courses close by offering 365 days of golf. There are numerous beeches close by with miles & miles of golden sand. All have life guards, Sun loungers where you can relax while the children play safley in the warm waters of the Mediterranean. The beeches have all received blue flag awards.

There are blue flag beaches which are among the finest in Spain. Located near nature and wildlife reserves and also major cities and idylic Spanish towns and villages, there is something to suit everyone.

With long hot summers it is an ideal place for spending long lazy days relaxing by the pool or on the beach or for the more energetic person, there is an array of watersports available, horse riding and bike riding. For people who like culture, this part of Spain offers plenty including stone age museums, moorish architecture, fabulous churches and cathedrals. When the sun goes down, there are many restaurants and bars which are all family friendly and offering an array of cuisine to suit everyone's taste in food and in this part of Spain a family of 4 can have a 3 course meal and bottle of wine for under 50 euros. Golfers get away from the cold weather in England and play on the championship courses this area has to offer from as little as 40 euros a round.
How to get there
Murcia and Alicante are the nearest airports to our apartment. You can fly there from all regional airports in the U.K. All the budget airlines fly to Murcia & Alicante. You can purchase flights from as little as £20 each way. From the airport it is then only a short journey to our apartment.
Try Monarch, BMI Baby, Jet 2, Easyjet, Ryanair, Thomson and First Choice airlines for the best deals. Alicante airport is approximately 27 miles Murcia airport is approximately 30 miles to our apartment.

Further details indoors: Once inside the apartment there is a large open plan living/dining area with american style kitchen. With 2 large sofas 1 is a sofa bed, cd/radio Tv with satelite ofering all your fovourite english channels including sky sports & 2 movie chanels. The dining room has a large dining table & chairs. The kitchen is open plan with all the latest appliances you will need. Fridge/frezzer, oven, microwave & all the crockery & cutlery you will need. To the side of the kitchen is a utility room where you will find the washing machine, iron & iron board and space for bikes or golf clubs. The 2 large double bedrooms offer fiited wardrobes 1 with double bed & the other with 2 singles. The large family bathroom has toilet, basin, bath & shower. The apartment has hot & cold air conditioning. Whatever type of holiday you are planning on the costa blanca this is ideal place to stay. If its a relaxing or beech holiday or for water sports, cycling, walking or golf or those looking to explore all the fantastic towns & cities this apartment is a great base to do all these things from.
Further details outdoors: Ample parking is available in front of the apartment. With a good size terrace with table & chairs to enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the garden area. Only a couple of yards from the pool which is gated and is only for the use of our complex. The apartment is in a quiet area of the village yet only a short walk to the bars, restaurants, shops & supermarket. There is plenty of different restaurants on offer from Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese & English. While there are local Spanish bars offering local beers at very cheap prices, there is also English & Irish bars offering entertainment most nights from karioke, quiz nights & artist performing various types of music. All bars are family friendly and welcome children some have pool & arcade machines to keep the kids entertained.

A deposit of £50 is required on reservation of your holiday. Balance is payable on arrival in Euros or by cheque payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A breakage / damage deposit of £60 is required on arrival this will be refunded in full at the time of leaving once everything has been checked. No pets No smoking inside the apartment
