This modern apartment is situated in Formentera del Segura, a Spanish village within walking distance of the local towns of Rojales, Benimar and Benijofar .Overlooking orange and lemon groves, the apartment is in a lovely location with the larger, more cosmopolitan resort of Guardamar (and its blue flag beaches) just 15 minutes drive away . It has easy access to all amenities including local markets (the local towns and villages have at least one weekly market) shops, restaurants, bars and sits in between La Marquesa golf and country club, with its nearby Waterpark "a must for all the family" and the fantastic La Finca golf club only 10 minutes drive away. Another must see in Rojales / Quesada are the fantastic "Cuevas del Rodeo" White Cave houses carved into the hills and mountains.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is famous for its beautiful white sandy beaches giving one of the most stunning coastlines in all of Spain. There is also much more to the region including a wealth of culture and history that can be seen in the historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia dating back to Roman times. This coast has an average of 320 days a year of sunshine and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. According to the World Health Organisation the area has the "healthiest climate in the world".
The Formentera del Segura area
Well located in the heart of Southern Costa Blanca, amongst orange and lemon groves the town is located a short distance away from glorious blue flag beaches of Guadamar numerous golf courses, entertainment and cultural attractions. Formentera is typical of all Spanish towns and villages and with its near neighbouring towns Benijofar, Rojales, Algorfa and Benimar celebrate many fiestas during the year, where locals and tourists alike mingle in the bars, cafes and restaurants sampling the wonderful regional food and drink. The town is a top destination for golf lovers with La Marquesa Quesada Golf & Country Club with its nearby Waterpark "a must for all the family" and the fantastic La Finca Golf Club only ten minutes drive away.
