Comfortable and spacious 81 sq m in a quiet and beautiful location. It is with well situated and close to amenities such as new doctors surgery, typical Spanish square and many Spanish bars/shops/restaurants (some with English staff). There is a new pub and grocery store directly adjacent to the flat.
The sports facilities opposite are excellent as well as a shared pool and it is close to championship golf courses such as Villa Martin and la Finca.
There is a decent sized supermarket within 10 mins walk towards Rojales. This apartment would suit all ages especially young families and retired people and is close to historic towns such as Murcia and Orihuela and shopping in nearby Torrevieja. 10 mins drive to Guardamar beaches and lovely park. Bull fighting opposite in July and August.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
With 320 days of sunshine Coasta Blanca is the "healthiest place in the world" according to the World Helath Organisation.
Average daily temps are summer 25-30 and winter 15-18 degrees. 20 mins away Murcia town has many places of interest as a historic city rich in culture and architecture. Orihuela (nearer) also has a lot of history and flamboyant annual processions. Cartagena is an interesting place further south and Santa Pola is near an island.
La Manga is a fashionable strip of land surronded by shallow waters with all types of fish and shellfish. There are interesting ports such as Santa Pola & Garrucha and fortress towns such as Mojacar.
Formentera del Segura area
The sand dunes of Guardarmar del Segura is a conservation area with its own unique environment. Near is the large salt lake of La Mata with its rare wildlife inc cranes & pink flamingoes
The fishing village of Torrevieja has grown to be an important town with easy access via motorways from Alicante and Murcia airports. There are many blue flag beaches with clean waters, toliets and disabled access.
Golf courses are nearby such as Villa Martin, La Finca, Campoamor and the tricky Las Ramblas (handicaps required in most). Sports facilities are excellent in the municipal centre opposite with gym, pool, football pitches and tennis courts. Shopping in Torrevieja includes popular brands such as Zara, Mango and H&M and local markets offer fresh fish, veg, fruit etc
The May Fair is a popular annual event with costumes, dancing and horse events. Carnival is celebrated in February with music and dancing and Easter is celebrated by nightly processions. There are many fiestas in the area and cafes/restaurants/bars open late so one can eat out often till midnight so very relaxed.
How to get there
Le Tizia Iv complex is located 20 mins south of Alicante in Formentera Del Segura. This is conveniently located 10 mins from La Marina and Guardarmar beahces. It is also close to Torrevieja. Easy jet flights are cheap to Alicante or Murcia airports.

Further details indoors: Spacious 81 sq m apartment built to a high standard buy a reputable developer 6M Playa Golf. Features include fitted wardrobes, marble effect stairs and ornate iron railings. The furniture is basic but comfortable with all mod cons inc washing machine, microwave, kettle, iron and linen/towels provided. There is an intercom entry system, lifts in each block of 4 apartments and roof terrace/storage area. The terrace is a good size with table and chairs provided. Safe provided and grill on front door for extra safety. THERE IS NO SKY TV RECEPTION CURRENTLY IN A LOT OF HOLIDAY HOMES IN THE AREA BUT USUALLY THERE ARE 50 CHANNELS INC SKY SPORTS AVAILABLE.
Further details outdoors: There is a good sized roof terrace shared between 4 apartments. Shared pool is a decent size with children's section and has 2 showers.

"I spent a very pleasant 3 months at the apartment last summer. If you're looking for real Spanish flavour Formentera itself is a traditional small town with pretty square and church, celebrates colourful festivals during the summer months.The facilities in the apartment are brand new and excellent. The veranda overlooks an orange grove. If you prefer the more British type of sports bars and restaurants you have Benimar and Benijofar just a twenty minute walk through a pretty lemon grove. Nearby are the towns of Rojales (fabulous Thursday market) and Guardamar with its beautiful sandy beach. Half an hour away is the huge popular resort of Torrevieja. if you dont feel like driving everything you need can be found in the village, you will find the local people very friendly. We found Philip's apt well equipped, having two bathrooms makes it so convenient for two couples or a family, and just for good measure the views from the balcony or the solarium are probably the best you will find in Formentera.
