"Fabulous barn cottage in fabulous surroundings"
Couldn't get friendlier owners, so helpful!
Everything you could ask for in the cottage too and so nicely kept and private, not overlooked but owners only a stone's throw away if you need anything. Look out for the towel animals on arrival!

"Cosy little cottage in a beautiful setting."
Easy access to lots of lovely places to visit, however, the week we went the weather was not favorable so we did not do as many of the walks as we would have liked but we were able to come back to the lovely warm cottage and play games/watch DVDs or things we had on "Sky plus"/read and generally chill out.
The cottage was well equipped for our stay with chocolate muffins included in the welcome tray. The only down side was difficulty drying washing.
There is a huge garden in front of the cottage where your dogs can run so long as they are not the sort to run off as it is not completely enclosed.
A bit of a walk from the car to the barn (though they are hoping to rectify this) but they took all our luggage on the tractor for us on the day we left.
Shirley, Mike and their dogs were very friendly and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Hope to go back sometime.
Many thanks for your review. Your point about drying washing has been taken onboard and we are intending to install a rotary washing line in the garden over our December maintenance period. Kind regards.
