Home description
Detached and set on the hillside, the cottage is a wonderful retreat surrounded by mature gardens on various levels from which to absorb the glorious views which are far reaching and take in the River Severn. It is ideally situated between Chepstow (races) and Gloucester, with easy acess to Cheltenham (races), Bristol, Cotswolds and much more.
There are three double bedrooms (one en-suite), one single and the beautiful galleried room has a double sofa bed which can be used as another bedroom if required. The lounge features comfy sofas, a wide screen TV with DVD and video. The sitting room features the original flagstones and further entertainment (Pool table, darts board, TV, DVD, Video, Music centre). There is dining for nine in the dining room which boasts inglenook fireplace, beams and flagstone floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave all under a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen door opens onto the garden.
In the gardens you will discover a 6-seater hot tub.

Further details outdoors: In the garden you will discover the hot-tub which is heated throughout the year to a maximum of 40 degrees. Enjoy the views whilst in the hot-tub at any time of day or night. There are many patio areas with suitable seating.
The gardens are maintained by local gardeners who have watched the gardens develop over the years. During spring and summer the gardens literally bloom with thousands of flowers. There are fruit trees including a banana tree, plums, pears, apples and cherries and in winter the gardens are a winter wonderland especially in the snow.
