From the owner

This three-bedroom house is surrounded by woodland making it feel wonderfully private and secluded and yet it is only 1km from the nearest town. The building was lovingly restored in 2007 and transformed into a luxurious and welcoming fully furnished villa. Much care has been taken to maintain the original style and feel of the property and grounds whilst adding all modern necessities to guarantee absolute comfort. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people.

The accommodation is divided over three floors: the ground floor has two bedrooms, the middle floor has the large living room (and main entrance from exterior), welcoming kitchen and dining room leading to a side terrace for al fresco dining and the top floor has the Master bedroom and bathroom. On a lower level in front of the house is the swimming pool (12m x 7m) with own indoor shower sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas. Also by this pool area is the charcoal barbecue area with own fridge and further tables and chairs.

The property is set in private, enclosed grounds accessed via remote-controlled gate. The villa itself overlooks a terraced landscaped garden area, leading down to the pool terrace where you will find a 12m x 7m swimming pool with its own sun terrace and shower room as well as an outdoor dining area with barbeque. Access road not suitable for cars with poor ground clearance.

All linens and towels (including pool towels) provided and changed every week. Included in rental price: Daily cleaning Mon-Fri 1 hour per day, Sat full linen/towel change and thorough clean; final cleaning; pool and garden maintenance; wifi; air conditioning and all other utilities except for pool heating which is charged as extra if requested. Extra maid service can be arranged on request.

Why can't I call Jenni (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenni (the owner) a message.

If Jenni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
