The villa is set in the countryside outside the city of Syracuse. It is surrounded by citrus trees and olive trees. The villa is composed of two independent semi-detached houses, each with separate entrance, one of which is occupied by the owner, and the second is available for guests. It has seven bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and can accommodate up to twenty people. E 'it divided into two levels. On the ground floor is a large kitchen living room, where you can eat dinner, celebrate the holidays. A large wooden dining table is the heart of the room. Each room has a private bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the attic. Here are the other four bedrooms with one double bed, one of which is also equipped with a single bed. These rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower. The dimensions of the double beds are 160x190cm that single beds of 80x190cm. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (hot / cold). The villa is surrounded by an area of ​​10.000m². The outdoor areas of the property are independent of the owner of the house. The outdoor patio is furnished with several tables and chairs where you can enjoy your meals and relax in the shade. A barbecue and an outdoor gas cooking allow the preparation of food outdoors. For pastime there is a table tennis and billiards. Also in the garden there are tables and chairs. A perfect hammock for relaxing reading. Particularly noteworthy is the pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. The pool is available along with the hosts. For the children, there are games in the garden. On the property there is ample parking, offering space for several vehicles. One of the bedrooms upstairs. The home owners are happy to help and give advice where to find restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, which is about 2 km from the villa. A bike rental is nearby. The villa's location is ideal to discover the south-eastern coast of Sicily. Being so close to the heart of Syracuse (10 km), it is rapidly raggiuge. Do not miss to visit the necropolis of Pantalica, the baroque town of Noto, Cavagrande Cassibile, Source Cyane and the natural oasis of Vendicari.     Gentili ospiti è stato un piacere potervi ricevere nella mia struttura e sono felice che siete stati bene ad avete apprezzato la piscina e la casa , rispondoalle vostre segnalazioni : mi dispiace per il mal funzionamento della lavastoviglie,essendo ancora nuova è in garanzia può intervenire solamente il tecnico ,( ed è stata riparata). Il numero degli asciugamani era giusto per il numero di ospiti presenti 13. Noi non forniamo i teli per piscina tranne su richiesta. Per i consumi dell'energia elettrica è mensionato sul sito e nella descrizione. Per qualsiasi cosa io sono sempre disponibile e pronto a risolverlo e venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti al fine di passare una buona vacanza.

    How do damage deposits work?
