La Petite Anglaise

Gite | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 15
The gite was set up for families or large groups of friends. We want the parents to enjoy their holiday so we have provided lots to keep children of all ages occupied. And a garden where you can keep an eye on the children whilst relaxing or barbecuing. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and just relaxing.
We have added a smaller gite to this one to make sleeping for 15 people or it can be 11 people in one part with 4 people in the extension by locking 2 doors.
Large groups of families or friends can enjoy the space and different areas, 2 games rooms and different areas of the garden, country walks and cycle paths. We have some bikes to borrow free. We have added a smaller gite to this one to make sleeping for 15 people.

The Champagne-Ardenne region
Aube is an area of lakes, forests, agriculture and champagne. We enjoy long hot summers and short cold winters. Medieval timber-framed houses are common here as the town has survived many wars unscathed. In recent years the town centre has been restored, cobbles have replaced tarmac and most houses and shops have revealed their hidden wooden frames.
Fontaines les Gres
Champagne is the local attraction with 'caves' (cellars) open to the public.
Two open-air swimming pools are open in the summer
Factory shops abound on two sites.
Paris is 85 miles away.
Renoir's paintings are at Essoyes, about 45 minutes away.
A swimming pool, ice-rink, theatre, cinema, museum of tools, art gallery are all at Troyes.
The knights Templar museum is 2 villages away.
Nigloland is a fun park for children - a niglo is a hedgehog.
