A bright and spacious apartment perfectly located just a few yards from the beach and the famous Leas Promenade. The town centre shopping and central station with high speed links to London are just a stroll away. The apartment has its own entrance, private garden and reserved parking; providing you with a comfortable place to stay.
You enter into a light and airy reading room where you will find books to read and leaflets on the many local places/attractions to visit.
The Living room/Dining room has two leather sofas and a dining table for 4 people. It has a 40” flat screen TV (with Freeview), a DVD player and Hi-Fi System with an iPod/iPhone dock. Wireless broadband is also available.
The modern well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven with extractor fan, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. You can cook for yourself or choose to eat out in the many local restaurants. Shopping is not a problem with a choice of supermarkets within easy walking distance.
The spacious master bedroom provides you with a super-king size bed, side-tables, 2 chest of drawers and wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. Towels are provided for during your stay.
The private garden has a patio area with table and chairs, swing seat, picnic bench and BBQ, ideal for relaxing after a day out discovering Kent's wonderful attractions or returning from a visit to London.
The property benefits from private off road parking to the rear of the property, a must in the desirable West End of Folkestone.

With the White Cliffs to the east and beautiful beaches (choose from sandy or pebble) Folkestone is a holiday and leisure destination, the hub of the Garden of Kent. Well connected by road (M20) and rail (under an hour to London via high speed link & 30 minutes from France via Eurotunnel) it is an ideal location to explore from and there is plenty to see! Kent is steeped in history and has many castles (try Dover or Leeds Castles), museums (eg. Kent Battle of Britain Museum) and parks (how about Howletts Wild Animal Park recently visited by Prince William).
The Coastal Park and The Leas provide an attractive leisure destination including an adventure play area (the largest free play area in the south east with rocking boats, climbing walls, tunnels, wobbly bridges, tube slides, toddler construction area, sand diggers and a sunken pirate ship).
For the sports enthusiast there is plenty of action going on. There are excellent facilities for badminton, squash, indoor bowls which are provided by numerous sports centres and clubs. There is also sailing, water ski-ing to be enjoyed along the coast, Golf and motorsports (Brands Hatch is just up the M20). There are plenty of venues for concerts and entertainment, with festivals and events providing family fun in the summer and winter.
