Located in the charming village of Fochabers with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, this a fantastic base to explore the area’s stunning natural beauty and beyond. There are numerous attractions and activities close by including 20 golf courses within a 40 mile radius, wildlife walks, bike riding, The WDCS Wildlife Centre, The Speyside Way, Tugnet Ice House, Monster Bike Trails, Moray Firth coast line, Speyside Cooperage, malt whisky and castle trails and much more. Not too far away are the majestic Cairngorms and the Landmark Forest Theme Park, Inverness and Loch Ness.

All the cottages are set within the large private grounds of the estate. Leisure facilities: wonderful wildlife walks and, in season, salmon fishing & Roe deer stalking; when available these should be booked through the estate office. Amenities: ample parking, towels, bed linen, central heating, electric and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome, additional dogs may be accepted by arrangement. Location: beautiful sandy beaches 5 miles, pubs, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.

The charming accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms with views of the estate and the 8 acre walled garden which is a new Heritage and Horticultural Visitor Centre and Garden: on the first floor, 1 super king-size (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite bathroom with WC and 2 twins. On the ground floor, 1 twin (which can be made into a super king-size on request) with en-suite shower room with WC. Bathroom: on the first floor, with roll-top bath, shower and WC. Lounge: beautiful room with open fire place (logs included), flatscreen TV/DVD and wi-fi. Dining room: large with ample seating. Kitchen/diner: spacious, well-equipped modern kitchen with electric double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and seating area. Utility: large with washing machine, tumble dryer, box freezer, gutting sink (ideal for fishing groups), wood store and an additional WC. Outside: private country estate with amazing scenery and wildlife.
