About this location
The Sardinia region
Sardinia offers visitors a sophisticated mix of natural beauty, rich culture and a place to relax. It is undoubtedly one of the most attractive beach resorts of the Mediterranean, yet unraveling Sardinia's cultural heritage is equally as appealing as beach lounging.
The capital city of Cagliari is an interesting place to start. The walled old city overlooks the Gulf of Cagliari. The city's cobbled streets and colourful medieval architecture make it a delightful place to visit. The Archaeological Museum contains relics from the prehistoric Nuragic civilisation of Sardinia. There is also a Roman amphitheatre, which is carved into stone, making it unique.
You can explore the dramatic coastline of Sardinia. The scenery is breathtaking, featuring lots of interesting rock formations set against a stunning seascape.
Weather is OK, from spring to early Autumn we almost don't have rain so if you come here you'll have a very good chance to get warm and sunny days.
Apart from the environment, our history is from Human Prehistory to the Early days. Sardinia is the cradle of Mediterranean area, come to visti the nuraghe, our ancient buildigns of 3.500 years ago.

"Suited us very well!"
We stayed with three teenagers who loved the access to the beach. Time of year meant it was very quiet but a local pizzeria was open and had a good menu to suit everyone and the supermarket was very convenient.
The apartment had all we needed and was very spacious, the outside area was great, providing space to sit in the evening.
Stefano was very welcoming and helpful.

"Great place by the sea, ideal if you want to explore both Cagliari and Southern- East part of Sardinia"
We chose this place because we wanted to stay near the sea and to visit both Cagliari and Villasimius. The reservation was very easy and quick. The owner Stefano sent us more detailed map how to find the property so we found it quickly. Though we arrived a bit earlier than previously agreed, Stefano did his best to let us in the soonest possible. Overall Stefano was very helpfull and easy to communicate with, he offered booklets, maps and his advice on what and where to see, he nows a lot in Sardinia, his personal webpage may give you some new travel ideas http://digilander.libero.it/summer.sardinia .
We traveled a family of two adults and two children 5 and 12 years age, the apartment fully suited our needs, it was spacious and nice. The fenced yard gives you peace of mind for your rented car. The owner also offered additionally beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys for children. This location was a great value for money and highly recommendable.
