How to get there

Take A1 "autostrada del sole" and exit at Incisa Valdarno (the first exit after Firenze sud going south). Turn on your left on the state road and follow directions for Figline. Before arriving in Figline turn on your right following signs for Greve, Ponte agli Stolli, then go on until you pass a bridge ( note: do not turn right before the bridge).

Before entering the historical centre, turn on the right and go along the ancient walls. At the end of the walls turn right passing the hospital, make another right at the roundabout and follow directions for Gavillaccio. After aprx 6 km turn on the right going uphill and you will find Gavillaccio on the right. Welcome!!

Wide apartment on two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with a double bed sofa and fire place, the dining-kitchen area with oven and dishwasher and a small bathroom with shower.

A panoramic garden is ideal for enjoying dinners in the quietness of the Tuscan countryside. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a panoramic loggia. There is one bathroom with shower and separate walk-in wardrobe.

The apartment has satellite TV.

Penalties in case of cancellation:

- up to max 90 days before the start of the booked period 30% of the total amount ;

- up to max 30 days - 60%;

- up to max 8 days - 90%;

- within 7 days - 100%

In case the apartment is rented again for the same period no penalty will be charged.
