Apartment | 2 bedrooms | sleeps 5

Key Info
  • Great for children of all ages
  • Air conditioning
  • No pets allowed

The apartment is located on Crocifisso Street 2, Street corner Ghibellina, a beautiful street paved by the very famous “Sanpietrini”, which is part of the Santa Croce area, in the very centre of Florence, one of the few remaining places where you can still feel the taste of the ancient Florence, with its shops, leather stores, the famous flea market (antiques market) in the Ciompi square and the market of Sant'Ambrogio, one of the most important of the city.

The apartment is about 62 squared meters (4 beds + 1), and is located on the first floor of a typical historical Florentine building dating from 1400 AD and has just been completely renovated and set up in May 2012.

It consists of a kitchen – livable and well-equipped living room, a double bedroom, and a single bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the Bargello National Museum.

The property is located in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, in front of the Bargello Museum.

A few blocks away are the Basilica of Santa Croce with its museums, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi gallery, the Cathedral and the house of Buonarotti (former home of the great sculptor Michelangelo). The Ponte Vecchio, with its famous stores, is located just at 300 meters.

Some of the most refined and expensive restaurants, such as the “Enoteca Pinchiorri”, the “Cibreo” and “Alle Murate” are in the neighbourhood, just a few steps from the property, but you will also find many typical Florentine restaurants and taverns more economical.

Our apartment will show you the most typical enclosures of the city, which often remain unknown to most visitors; coffered ceilings, exposed beams, magnificent views, the most fascinating places in the city that can be reached in few minutes.

Our propertie offer all the comfort in the most absolute privacy to make you feel at home in a unique city.

You can enjoy a good glass of wine sitting comfortably on a terrace with an unforgettable view on the Bargello Museum.

On the façade of the building is placed a theca containing a mural of an anonymous Florentine artist of the first half of the XVII century.

"Atmospheric, central location but small living room. Be aware of extras."

The great thing about this apartment is that it is just a few minutes walk from the Bargello, Ponte Vecchio etc. Plus it has a little balcony overlooking the street so you can really soak up the atm… More

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for taking your time on writing this review. For us it is really important your opinion. We would like also to take the opportunity to do whatever is needed by our UK customers! So the tea time will be also a nice experience to by doing it maybe while you are sitting in the balcony! Again I apologize for the check in but that day I was unable to come so I asked a friend of mine to welcome you so she was not an experienced person at all, but when I do the check in procedures it does not take so long for sure! I really hope that you will come back to Florence and you will stay again in my Bargello Apartment. Best regards, un caro saluto da Firenze! Massimiliano
