Recently renovated, the apartment is located in the historical centre of Florence, in the Oltrarno district, ideally located for easy access to the main sights of the City Centre (Boboli Gardens, Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio are all within 10 minutes ' walk). If you don't want to go to the bus stop is 50 meters from the House, in a few minutes you will be in Piazza Duomo. The apartment, on the ground floor of an ancient Palace is furnished with care and attention to detail; comprises entrance hall, living room with sofa bed with two single beds, kitchen fully equipped, and a spacious bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, window and inner court. Ideal for a couple or a family, can accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, telephone, ADSL WiFi connection.

Given its location in restricted traffic zone is ideal for those without cars. For those who arrive by car, there is still the possibility to park nearby (parking 300 metres away with Oltrarno formulas weekly subscription). The neighborhood is well served by typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets (one at 50 metres from the apartment); in it you will find all comforts to enjoy a pleasant experience.
