Apartment in Florence
Apartment | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 4
Our apartment is well located; near Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore), the central railway and tram station, the Cascine park along the river Arno, the brand new City Music Hall (Maggio Fiorentino) and old train station Leopolda (alternative art, music, performance) and the Fortezza da basso Expo (Pitti uomo). It's easy to reach us from Florence and Pisa airports. The bus stop is in front of the house. The apartment opens with a terrace to an internal and quite courtyard with a large and sunny view. On this little terrace you can enjoy eating or drinking outdoors. The house is perfect for two, there's one double bed, but eventually can host up to 4 people cause of the double sofa bed. It has a new and fully equipped kitchen and a nice design bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor of the building with the elevator.
Hope to see you soon!

The Tuscany region
Tuscany hosts innumerable astounding localities, many of which are also named UNESCO World Heritage Sites; of course, one must begin with Florence.Another extraordinary destination is Siena, with its Medieval town center– itself included on the UNESCO World Heritage List – and culminating with the evocative Piazza del Campo, also theatre for the famous Palio.
Pisa gathers its main monuments in Piazza dei Miracoli, among which is the Leaning Tower that makes up part of an incredibly-valuable artistic area that is protected by UNESCO as well.
Pienza is the “ideal Renaissance town” that was wanted and created by Pope Pius II. The spectacular arrangement of the spaces and the richness of the buildings make this town an artistic treasure (an additional UNESCO insertion).
San Gimignano stands out among the small towns of the region, a Medieval town characterized by its towers and “tower homes” (another site recognized by UNESCO).
Of countless other Tuscan particularities, the Orcia Valley (UNESCO) deserves to be mentioned for the beauty of its fields and landscapes that have inspired many Renaissance artists.
Florence's museums, palaces, and churches house some of the greatest artistic treasures in the world. The most popular and important sites in Florence include the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Uffizi, the Bargello, and the Accademia. The churches of Santa Maria Novella and Santa Croce are veritable art galleries, and the library of San Lorenzo is a magnificent exhibition of Michelangelo's architectural genius. Wander some of the oldest streets in the city until you reach the Arno River, cross the Ponte Vecchio, and experience the "newest" area of Florence, the Oltrarno. Be sure to set aside time to see the vast and varied art collection housed in the Pitti Palace. When you grow weary of museums and monuments, head outdoors. Spend a day at the Boboli Gardens or climb the hill to the church of San Miniato al Monte to experience an enchanting view of Florence.
