The 30m2 apartment is situated on the third floor of a traditional building (without a lift) in Via San Zanobi and can accommodate up to 2 people. With a characteristic and cosy style, the apartment comes equipped with a functional and well-equipped kitchen in case you feel like eating in.
The bedroom features a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a terrace equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a beautiful, sunny day in the Tuscan capital. The bathroom contains a shower and all the essentials.
The apartment also features central heating, air conditioning and a Wi-Fi internet connection to allow you to check your emails whenever you wish.
If you arrive to Florence by train, you can get off at the main Santa Maria Novella station as the apartment is located just 200m away, making it perfect for getting in and out of the city.

Description: The centre of Florence was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1982. It is located among a number of avenues within its former Medieval walls and is home to some of the most important cultural features of the city. The history of the city in this area dates back to the year 59 B.C with the construction of a village (Florentia) for the settlement of the soldiers of the Roman army. From this moment onwards it began to flourish. A number of different dominations have passed through its streets and are reflected in a great wealth of interesting architecture: Byzantine, Ostrogoths and Lombards for example. This was the birthplace of the Renaissance, and is known as one of the universal cradles of art and architecture where names such as Dante Alighieri, Brunelleschi (most important Renaissance architect) Boccaccio and Leonardo Da Vinci first appeared. Today the centre of Florence offers a whole range of cultural, tourist and leisure activities. It is considered a paradise for shopping and entertainment with top fashion boutiques, historical cafeterias and busy open air markets as well as numerous options for night life including clubs, discos, American bars and a variety of meeting places for an aperitif. The Piazza del Duomo is located at the heart of the city with the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the Campanario de Giotto, and the Battistero de San Giovanni. A walk down to the river Arno leads to the Palacio Medici Riccardi, the Basilica de San Lorenzo de Brunelleschi and the Galleria dellAccademia that houses a number of famous works of art including the famous pieces of David de Michelangelo. Another worthwhile visit is the Piazza de la Santissima Annunziata with its Ospedale degli Innocenti, the very first orphanage in Europe and one of the very first Renaissance structures. Two very famous buildings, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Galleria degli Uffizi, are also just a short distance away, and an absolutely stunning must-see for any art or architecture lovers.
