Home description

The barn is divided in two apartments, so there will be max. 6 tourist in all. The house has a dominant,
tranquil position and enjoys a magnificent view to Florence and the hills of Tuscany with Olive trees and
wine-yards. This apartment has a private terrace and invide you for a outdoor eating.There is also a great
garden and Parking-place. The little town is only 1 km distance with all comodities, restaurants.
15km from Florence, the bus-stop is 7minutes by foot and 45km from Siena.
The apartment is divided in a big kitchen with laundry and all comodities, upstairs two
sleeping-rooms and a bath-room with shower.
Tuscany is one of the most interested region with all cultural and historical towns like Siena, Pisa,
Volterra, Lucca. You will not finish to be surprised everyday again.

San Casciano is a typical local town of the Chiantishire one of the centre of the most important wine 'Chianti'
It has 15.000 abitants and you can find alot of good restaurants and trattorie to taste the good tuscvany kitchen.
All over the year the little town offer different attractions to stimoulate the journey of the turists
Here you can relax and see the countryside and also at the same time you can explore the beuatiful
cities arround.

Not only the big cities offer alot of opportuninies also the scmall typical villages arround
in the Chiantishire offer at any season typical traditional feasts.

The house is located about 1 km from the small city San Casciano and you can reach it between wine-yards in an half an hour by foot. Also there will be many other beautiful ways in the countryside to escape the real
Chiantishire.

Local buses run regularly between Florence/city and San Casciano (every hour).
Next bus station by feet 10 minutes

time for it because we have only 4/6 beds.

The Podere Consalvo is a typical Tuscan farmhouse.It is located in the heart of the "Chianti",dipping in the middle of the green Tuscan hills,between Florence and Siena.Thanks to its good geographical position (at 265 m. above sealevel) guests can enjoy a very pleasant climate together with a magnificient view on the vineyards and olive plantations,from which it is surrounded.This is the ideal place for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday.The barn has recently been restored to a very high standard. It commands an independent position on the hills of Chianti Classico.
The Podere Consalvo is registered as producer of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Here you can combine the beauty and tranquillity of the country-side with the most important historical
centres of Tuscany.

The apartment is ideal for a family with 4 persons but it can be rent also for only 2 persons, for that there
will be a discount see prices.
In the kitchen there are all machines to cook for your own, also the barbecue outsight near the pool give you the
opportunity to pass in relax warm summernights.

Conditions

We have only two apartments so we are able to organice the arriving and leaving of our guests also with special dates not only at the end of the week.
You booking will be fixed when you have made a bank transfer of 30% of the total amount the rest can be paid
when you arrive in Italy.
