The apartment is located by Piazza Santo Spirito where traditional artists and craftsmen have made Florence one of the most famous towns in the world and where you will have the true taste of its life and traditions.It is just a few steps away from Palazzo Pitti with its beautiful gardens, world famous Ponte Vecchio and all the other main attractions of the city.
The apartment has recently been refurbished with parquet flooring throughout a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary comfort . You will feel at ease straight away. It is on the 3. floor of a typical florentine house with no elevator. There is a very small balcony, mainly to dry the clothes outside or sit at a small table with two chairs.Just around the corner you will find all sort of shops ( butcher, bakery, fruit and vegetables, little morning market, grocery...) coffeeshops(bars) and nice restaurants.

The Tuskany is famous all over the world for its natural beauty, cultural events and unique architecture. Cities like Pisa or Siena are just one hour away by bus or train and even Rome can be reached in 1.45 hours with the special eurostar train.

Florence is one of the most visited cities in the world, known for its magnificient artistic treasures and wonderful food. In the summer it offers you music, theater, cinema and dance performances in all the main squares of the city and you may enjoy your lunch or dinner in typical restaurants and pizzerias outdoors. Sourrounded by lush vegetation it is ideal for some walks nearby the city centre.

Further details indoors: The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with a king size bed and one single bed in a small separate space and a third smaller bedroom with one single bed. Kitchen and livingroom are communicating. There is one sofa bed in the living room which sleeps two persons. One bathroom has ah shower and tub and the second one has one a shower. The apartment has airconditioning and central heating.
Further details
This is a non-smoking apartement, so please smoke outside on the balcony. Remember that the apartment is on the 3.floor and there is no elevator. This may be a problem for elder people. Sorry ,it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Conditions
30 % of the rental has to be payed in advance as a booking deposit. Final cleaning is an extra 70 euro. Airconditioning is extra and will be calculated by consumtion on the spot. We will ask you a security deposit of 150 euro at your arrival which will be given back to you at your departure.
