The reservation deposit is 200 euros, necessary to secure the apartment.
A refundable breakages deposit of 150 euros is requested upon arrival.
The balance is to be paid upon arrival.
The apartment is not suitable for children under 10.
The apartment is on the first floor, no lift available.

The final cleaning for 4 people is 80 euros

A baby cot can be provided upon request.

The rates are all inclusive except for air conditioning, calculated upon consumption, and the final cleaning.

Inquiries to host up to 5 people might be considered.

The minimum rental stay is 5 nights.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation deposit is reimbursed.

If cancellation is 29 days or less prior the date of arrival, the reservation deposit is not reimbursed.

Should the owner of the property cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the reservation deposit will be fully reimbursed.
