About the home

This excellent apartment is located in via dei guicciardini, a restricted area traffic in the Oltrarno part of the river only few steps from Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace.It is a walking distance from everything:grocery, restaurants and shops.-The apartment is in a building of six floor with an elevator on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms , one full bathroom with shower and an half bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a small table, too.In the hall entrance there is a big table for six people and a sofa bed.There is a balcony that looks on the internal courtyard with a tea table and two chairs.-
