Home description
The Linearis holiday home is a refurbished 17th century farmhouse situated on the hills that divide the Sienese and Florentine territories, amidst olive groves and vignards. The surrounding area is rich with places of artistic, historical and cultural interest, some world-famous and others to be discovered. The farm is family-run.The holiday home holds eight independent apartments, showing here apartment F. We can sleep up to 28 people - please ask for other apartments and details as well. It is equipped with every comfort and furnished with elegance and simplicity.
Facilities include a swimming pool, open-air barbecue with tables, children's play area, laundry, garage and convenient parking.We provide on-site entertainment including cultural and artistic exhibitions, shows by the pool and movies shown under the moon light and also parties, weddings and birthday celebrations during the summer months.

The Tuscany region
Tuscany, where the hills are sweet ! Tuscany is one of the most popular and beautiful regions in the world. You can go walking, horse riding, discover our lovely cities full of culture, arts, wine, and food. You can go into Florence, Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Volterra, San Gimignano and also discover our sweet little village dates from the Medieval age. And in 1 hour you can go to the sea. The season is very good from March until October, and after you can be romantic in one of our apartments, near the fire place :)

There's many activities in the summer, tasting food and wine, and discover our cities. But maybe the best thing is walk in the country, by the hill and look the nature and stars above your head.
How to get there
Railway, Bus station is just 3 km from here! But we're on hills so you need a car! Florence airport is just 40 km on the highway Linearis is a very good place to discover Tuscany because is very near at: Florence, Siena, San Gimigano, Volterra, Chianti. We're in the middle of Tuscany!

Further details indoors: The apartment has a floor space of 68 square metres . It is situated at the first floor . You can reach it from an outdoor stair made of bricks that is close to the swimming pool. After the entrance there is the living room-kitchen with two sofa-beds which are situated in front of the fireplace . This is a very roomy apartment. It is suitable to host both families and groups of friends also during the winter. From the living room you can reach the sleeping area with a room with two single beds, a double room and a bathroom

• Arrivals are allowed between 2 pm and 7 pm. Please let us know in advance the time of your arrival • Departures are allowed within saturday at 10 am • Weekly stays are usually from saturday to saturday
Penalty for annulment : • A penalty of 50 % of the total price will be applied for cancellations from 30 to 0 days before the arrival.

How to make a reservation : • Contact , and send an info request • When you will receive the confirmation of the reservation you have to deposit 100 % of the total amount with a bank credit transfer to.
NB: All the persons who want to have the invoice will have to fill in the on-line form with all the required data, specifying Vat registration number and business name
Penalty for annulment : • A penalty of 50 % of the total price will be applied for cancellations from 30 to 0 days before the arrival. Nothing for any other period.We give you back the money by cradit transfer in cases of annulment.
