Elegant apartment located at the 1st floor of an ancient building close to S. Maria Novella square, few minutes away from monuments such as the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Pitti, Piazza della Signoria and S. Croce Church.

This elegant and bright apartment has been recently restored, furnished and decorated. It’s 60 mq and consists of living room with a sofa bed, a dining table, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove with 4 burns, electric oven standard size, cutlery, crockery), one master bedroom with king sized bed, an utility room with washing and drying machine. A separate bathroom with shower, bidet, wc.

The apartment has a high standard of furniture (antiques and modern), wooden floors. A cot and high chair are available with no extra costs.

Wander some of the oldest streets in the city until you reach the Arno River, cross the Ponte Vecchio, and experience the "newest" area of Florence, the Oltrarno. Be sure to set aside time to see the vast and varied art collection housed in the Pitti Palace. When you grow weary of museums and monuments, head outdoors. Spend a day at the Boboli Gardens or climb the hill to the church of San Miniato al Monte to experience an enchanting view of Florence.

Otherwise train station is very close, S.Maria Novella is the closest one, it's about 400 mt from the house.
