Totally private 1 bedroom apt located in a great location in the historical centre of Florence, within the city walls.

Ponte Vecchio can be reached by walk in few minutes.

Nearby there are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, local markets& public services.

No problem coming back late at night, it is a very safe area.

The apt is on the 1st floor (20 steps) of a typical florentine building of '400.

Air conditioning, heating, WI-FI internet connection, baby facilities.

Please be aware we provide the following:

- FRESH LINENS AND TOWELS

- WASHING MACHINE

- HAIR DRYER

- IRON AND IRON BOARD

- BODY WASH, SHAMPOO...

The APARTMENT consists of a MASTER BEDROOM with king size bed (memory foam mattress), a LIVING ROOM with a new matrimonial sofa bed (!!), table and tv, a well-equipped KITCHEN (with Pots and Pans, utensils, etc.), and a complete BATHROOM with an extra large shower.

It is also extremely quiet and peaceful because all the windows facing the cortyard.

The air conditioning and central heating can be controlled by tenant so you can have the temperature at your leisure throughout the year.

Upon request we provide free high chair, tub and cot for a baby.

Car is NO needed.

TRANSPORTATION:

-it is 15 minutes by walk away from SMN train station and bus station from FLR and PISA airport;

- il you prefer bus stop is round the corner

- no problem coming back late at night, it is a very safe area

Please note Tripadvisor doesn't collect the tourist tax so it must be paid by cash upon check in (€ 4 per person per night. Not due for children under 12 y old).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chiara&Francesco (the owner) a message.

If Chiara&Francesco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
