Further details indoors: The House is around 70 square meters and has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a big open-space with kitchen and living (here, 2 sofa-bed allow to host another couple). Although being originally a rural building, this house has been recently refurbished, furnished and equipped to offer a safe and comfortable stay.
The building have precious details such as big windows offering a wonderful sight on the valley, original old Florentine "cotto" on the floor and ceilings with wooden beams. A French wood potter glazed stove in the living offers the possibility to add a Christmas taste to your stay ;-) nevertheless the house has very efficient heaters.
Crockery and cutlery as well are provided to hosts.
Further details outdoors: The private garden is about 180 square meters, it surrounds the house and is planted with cypresses and herbs such as rosemary and lavender. In the garden a terrace is furnished with table, sits and a movable BBQ allowing to consume your meals outdoors enjoying the incredible sight on the Sambre valley.
A 400 square meters common garden is located near the gate of the villa (just 10 meters from the house), enclosed by cypresses and pines and covered with grass, is the ideal place for children to play and run (why not, with your pets too).

Conditions
- 30% of the total rental to confirm the booking, paid by Bank transfer. The balance is due either on arrival in cash (the exact amount) or by Bank Transfer two weeks before your arrival with a discount of 3% on the same balance.
- A deposit of 150 Euro or Pound or Dollars in cash (for one week period) is due on arrival, refundable at the end of staying in the case of no damages. The deposit for shorter or longer period will be discussed directly with the owner.
