A newly built villa over three levels, the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room. A small private garden to the rear and a pool facing terrace to the front. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with balconies and a shower room with WC. On the second floor there is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom, each with balconies and shower room and WC. Comfortably furnished throughout. Suberb swimming pool for residents to enjoy. Private parking, 24 hour security. Easy access to the fantastic beach and turquoise lagoon of Flic en Flac. Beach apartments is a perfect base from which to explore the island and is excellent value for money.

The Mauritius West Coast/Flic en Flac region

The climate on the West Coast of Mauritius is the driest and sunniest of the Island, even in the winter the daytime temperature is a balmy 23 degrees. In this part of the island there is a wealth of top grade hotels, a testimony to the natural beauty of the area. A beach lover’s paradise a perfect place to come and unwind and relax, the unhurried lifestyle and friendly people with their diverse mix of cultures. An excellent base from which to explore the island, the local bus service provides very good transport links to the rest of the Island. This will enable you to explore further a field. Another way of exploring the island is to hire a taxi with driver who will personalise a tour to your requirements. Both these options are 150 metres from the villa. Car hire is also available locally.
Places of interest and easily accessible on the West coast are:
Casela Bird Park, contains 140 species of birds plus tigers, tortoises, monkeys, deer and orchids. In Port Louis you will find the Central market which sells all the ingredients required for any dish a Mauritian is likely to cook as well as local arts and crafts. Visit a working sugar cane factory and find out how the cane is processed and buy a bottle of locally produced Mauritian rum!

Flic-en-Flac area

Flic en Flac is a 12 kilometre stretch of fine white sandy beach, backed by Filao trees, these provide some much needed natural shade. The beach is suitable for a wide range of activities. Diving, fishing, deep-sea fishing, horse riding, wind surfing, paragliding, cycling. After you have watched the magnificent sunsets from the beach then the question of where to eat will arise. The local restaurants serve a variety of different tastes, Chinese, Creole, European, which forms the evening entertainment. Domaine Anna is a Chinese restaurant 10 minutes drive from Flic en Flac that is renowned for its food and entertainment. A Sega night is a must for any visitor; this will introduce you to the courtship dance of the original slaves to Mauritius. The shopping centre of Flic en Flac has everything the holidaymaker requires, a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, bank and even a casino! Tour operators and Dive centres are in this area for those who wish to join organised excursions such as a trip on a Catamaran to Ile Aux Cerfs, or evening cocktails and BBQ cruise.

Daily non-stop flights are available from Air Mauritius from almost any major city.

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to hold the property until 8 weeks before arrival date. Full payment of the rental 8 weeks in advance of your arrival. There is an additional £100 breakages deposit, which will be returned within 3 weeks of your departure.

We had a lovely holiday at beautiful Flic en Flac in this very nice accommodation. We really appreciated the DVDs the very well equipped kitchen, the nice decor,the beach towels, Malaye (cleaner) lovely pool, nice neighbours, comfortable beds, ect,ect.

If you are looking for a very relaxing peaceful beach holiday with beautiful hot sunshine, clear blue skies, white sandy beaches & very warm turquoise blue sea then this is the place to visit. The Villa certainly made you feel like you were in your own home but with the addition of a beautiful climate just outside. What bliss the whole holiday was and we shall certainly visit again.
