Lovely 4 bedrooms beach apartment for vacation rental on the west coast of Mauritius (Indian Ocean).
The beach house covers around 190 sq metres and has 4 bedrooms, 2 showers/toilets, a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay comfortable and cosy. Bedroom linens, bath towels, cutlery for the kitchen, washing machine are all readily available. It is situated in a complex with swimming pool and 24 hour security guards. Parking is also freely available.
The location is also ideal, right across Flic en Flac beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius). Very close (2 to 10 minutes walk) to 5 star resorts in the area and to all facilities (restaurants, supermarket, pubs, pharmacy, travel tours, etc).

The 4 bedrooms are spread on 2 floors, the condo being a triplex. Each bedroom has its own covered terrace and has been tastefully furnished.
The jacuzzi is located in the main pool, which also contains a kids' pool.
Conditions
Payment by credit card is not available for time being but will be for soon. Rental Fee would thus be settled in cash (upon arrival) or by wire transfer until availability of credit card payment facilities.

Flic en Flac is a little village located on the West coast of Mauritius, pleasant and charming with beautiful white sand beaches and a beautiful blue lagoon. You will find lot of restaurants, from Chinese to Indian going through Italian, Steak houses as well as local ones and much more! Also available are shops with Mauritian made products and 5 star resorts such as Hilton, Sugar Beach, Sofitel, Pearl Beach, Dinarobin and much more.
Flic en Flac is one of the best places to spend nice and relaxing holidays.
. The area has the nicest beaches of the island protected by the surrounding coral reefs. The region is protected from the South east trade winds by a chain of mountains.
The Flic-en-Flac / Morcellement Safeland area
The area provides any attraction and activity one could wish for...whether you wish to spend your day at the beach doing watersports or to play golf at the nearby Tamarina Golf Course (www.tamarina.mu)...whether you wish to relax at one of the nearby resorts and their spas or take the children on a trip to the nature/leisure park (www.caselayemen.mu)...all these are within 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Moreover the major cities in Mauritius (Port Louis, Quatre Bornes, etc) are all very accessible from the apartment by taxi or direct buses. Should you wish to go further and explore the various other attractions of Mauritius, Flic en Flac is ideal due to easy transport facilities and accessibility to the whole island.

Many private and public carriers operate weekly flights connecting Mauritius to major cities (Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Far East). The national carrier, Air Mauritius, operates 30 weekly flights to European cities, while Air France, Emirates and British Airways operate weekly flights from London, Paris and the Middle Eastern Gulf Countries.
For travelling within the country, hiring a vehicle is a good option, though you must remember that in Mauritius you must drive on the left hand side of the road and overtake another vehicle from the right side. Otherwise it is very easy to find taxis/cabs or if you're more adventurous, buses are available very close to the apartment too (they are very safe).
We can arrange a taxi to pick you up from the Airport to the apartment upon your arrival or you can take a taxi from the airport.

"We was visiting from the 11. to the 21. of January 2011. We was very happy with the stay in the apartment. It started before we arrived with help from the landlord with mails with info what to see, where to find things, Supermarket, restaurants etc.
She even tried to help with contact to rental car service. And was all together very helpful.
The apartment is very large and very nice. We was only two persons so we needed only one bedroom, but with 4 bedrooms, the apartment is very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. It was very hot when we was staying, so it was nice with the air-condition which worked fine.
The surrounding is very nice, with a nice large swimming pool in the middle of all together 12-14 apartment in a 24 hour security area. The apartment is placed central in Flic en Flac, so you in walking distance to almost everything. The lovely beach is 5 min walk away.
