The rear entrance via the garage into the fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, all crockery & utensils. The first floor's two double bedrooms with private balconies share a bathroom. One has two single beds - the other a double. Both have fitted cupboards, one has aircon, the other a fan. The top floor master bedroom has aircon, fitted cupboards and en suite bathroom opening onto private front & rear balconies. All 3 balconies to the front have awnings.

The Western Coast region
Flic en Flac is listed as one of the world's top 10 beaches. A gentle 5 minute stroll from the property brings one to a long stretch of fine white sand backed by shady filao trees and benefitting from thatched umbrellas along the public beach. The beach is ideal for children as it slopes gently into the warm Indian Ocean and as it is protected by the coral reef it is shark-free. A short swim with snorkel and fins reveals masses of brightly coloured corals and exotic fishes in the bay. The size of the beach ensures that it is never over-crowded.
Flic-en-Flac area
Flic en Flac provides all the requirements for a self catering holiday including supermarket, restaurants, snack bars, casino, taxi rank, post office, pharmacy, bank and police station. Scuba diving and water sports are available at several neighbouring hotels. Many activities can be arranged including trips to see the dolphins in neighbouring Tamarin Bay, the seven coloured earth at Chamarel, Casela Park Zoo and the unforgettable Ile aux Cerfs on the East Coast. Car hire can be arranged for those who want to explore themselves or taxis can be rented for the day (with driver!). Excursions are also available by coach / boat via tourist agencies in Flic en Flac.
