Les Lavandes is a 2 bedroom Provencal villa set in a quiet location near to Mountains and the Sea. The accommodation is all on one level & the Villa is fitted with Air Conditioning to keep you cool if the days get just to hot to bear! It features a superb 10 x 5 swimming pool set in a quiet garden with several sun terraces. This is a great place to enjoy all that Provence has to offer. Close to the Gorge du Verdon and surrounded by wonderful Provencal villages of great character and charm. 30 minutes from the Coast at St Raphael this is a great starting point to enjoy all that the Cote D'Azur has to offer. Set in the hills midway between St Tropez and the Gorge du Verdon and just 1 hours drive from Nice airport, this is where you can relax with a glass of the local rose wine and breathe the fresh air, unwind and revive. There are 2 Double Bedrooms sleeping up to 4 adults and a spacious lounge / dining room with a flat screen TV and CD / DVD player. The kitchen has an Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Microwave. There is also a Washer / Dryer provided.
Outside, the house has several sun terraces for relaxing and dining. The upper terrace features a traditional Provencal style barbeque, whilst the downstairs covered terrasse has a gas barbeque.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
There are numerous medieval villages in the area, each offering their own charm. The villages of Lorgues and Salernes are nearby with their typical Provencal markets. The Riviera towns of St Raphael and Frejus are just 30 minutes away or if you want to sample the high life the glittering resorts of Cannes, Nice and Monaco are easily accessible to the east with Aix en Provence and Marseille to the west.
Flayosc area
Situated just 2 minutes drive from the village of Flayosc where you can experience the vibrant atmosphere of the bars, cafes and restaurants. There are a range of shops in the village to meet all daily requirements including several Boulangeries with an excellent choice of bread a pattisseries. There are numerous Summer festivals and attractions in the area and of course several local Vineyards where you can taste the local Provencal wines.
How to get there
Nice cote d'Azur airport is 1 hours drive away. Airlines available are Easy Jet, BMI Baby, Jet2.com, British Airways & Ryanair. Marseille Provence airport is a One and a half hour drive away and is served by airlines including Ryanair & BMI Baby. Competitive car hire is available from the normal companies such as europcar, Avis & Hertz. Nearest railway station is Les Arcs sur Argens.

Further details indoors: The Villa has a modern Kitchen fitted with all appliances and plenty of workspace. The air conditioned lounge/Dining room has an Oak dining table a chairs with Leather 3 piece suite and is a comfortable room to relax in. The Bathroom consists of a full size bath with shower facility, large wash basin with mirror over and storage below. The bathroom is also equipped with a heated towel radiator. The 2 double bedrooms are both air conditioned and have wardrobes and adequate drawer space. Linen will be provided for the beds.
Further details outdoors: Wonderful 35m2 upper terrace leading to the lounge with barbeque and outside dining area. Covered Lower terrace overlooking the pool with dining table and chairs & a gas barbeque. There are 4 sunloungers provided for the poolside area and various places within the grounds to find a shady spot.

Children welcome over the age of 12. Younger children by prior arrangement only Due to our hillside location there are a number of steps at the property and it is therefore not suitable for the Elderly or infirm. Bed linen, Bath and kitchen towels included. Change over day Saturday, Please arrive after 4pm and vacate the property by 10am on departure day to enable us to present the next visitors with the villa in its best possible state.
Conditions
Minimum 1 week reservation. Reservation deposit 25% of total booking. Security deposit €400/£300. The house needs to be left clean and in good order or a cleaning charge will be applied against the security deposit.
