A newly built 2 bedroom ground floor apartment on a stunning hillside location above the village of Fitou. Internally witha large well furnished living area. Outside a patio with garden furniture leads to a small garden area.
The development also has 2 large and one small external pool. Walking distance to the village of Fitou.
Ideally located as a base for a range of activities, whether it be golf, walking, bird watching, sampling the local Fitou wine or just lying on the beach in summer or skiing in winter (1.5 hours from the Pyrenees ski slopes).

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Aude region
One of the best regions in France for sun with average sun days of 300 per year. A good combination of beaches and small traditional French villages, unspoilt hills and mountains. The whole region is steeped in history with ancient forts and châteaux to discover. For the young, safari park and water parks are close by .
Wine and history lovers, activity seekers, sail boarding and kite surfing, beach lovers, twitchers and families will find much to attract in the region.
Millau - now famous for its futuristic bridge is a very attractive town with the Gorge Du Tarn close by providing spectacular scenary. Both only 1.5 hours from the property by car.
Fitou / Domaine des Capitelles area
Fitou is an ancient renowned wine village with the Spanish influence much in evidence and representative of its past. The medieval château has amazing views from its terrace over the Mediterranean and Pyrenees.
The village is full of wine caves. Fitou and Muscat wine at its best with plenty of choice. Restaurants (including the Michelin recommended 'Cave d'Agnes', bars, boulangerie and supermarket are within walking distance from the property.
Village festivities throughout the summer period including markets, the Mayor's barbecue, hog roasts and wine tasting.
For the young, safari park at Sigean (open 365 days per year) and Aqualand park at Leucate.
Salses Fort represents the long struggle between France and Spain (originally Spanish territory and now French) and exists largely intact. Also why not try Perpignan; a vibrant small city only 25 minutes away with its many and varied bars and restaurants.
How to get there
Ryanair from Birmingham and Stansted, Flybe from Southampton and Bmibaby from Manchester to Perpignan (20 mins to Fitou).
Budget airlines from most UK airports to Gerona (1hr 30mins), Carcassonne (1hr), Montpellier (1hr 45mins).
An amazing drive from Calais -11hrs via autoroutes.
