The Apartment is set in a small private Estate, overlooking the Village of Fitou. It comprises 3 Bedrooms, a Lounge & Dining area.
There are 2 large shared Swimming Pools & a Childs pool, avaialble for the Residents of the Estate.
The nearest Beaches are at Leucate and La Franqui which are 10 minutes by Car
The Village is set amoungst Vineyards and can be used for Day visits to Carcassone, Narbonne, & resorts in Northern Spain, all within easy reach by Car.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Aude region
The area is served by many attractions, all within easy travelling distance from Fitou.
The Medieval Walled City & World Heritage Site of Carcassone is 45 minutes drive from Fitou.
The towns of Narbone & Perpignan are conveniently situated. Perpignan has an excellent choice & variety of Restaurants, with the popular Sunday Market in Narbonne, always a big attraction. For the Sports enthusiats, two First Divison Rugby teams play in both Towns.
The nearest main town from Fitou is Leucate, which is 10 minutes drive away. This has numerous Good value Restaurants, large & Beautiful Beach areas, Watersports (Windsurfing), Cycle Hire at Port Leucate, a Waterpark at Port Barcares & Supermarket Facilities. A recently built 27 hole Golf Course is at St Cyprian, half an hours drive away. Horse Riding is available near La Franqui and Leucate
The Region has many more Wine Tasting Stations, with 12 in and around the Village itself.
Fitou area
The area of Fitou & its delightful Village has numerous attractions available for all age groups.
The Village has 2 Excellent Restaurants, many Wine Tasting Stations and a well stocked Supermarket available.
The area is good for Walkers and Bikers, with planned routes available from the Local Tourist Office's in the Town Halls of Fitou and Leucate.

Further details indoors: The main living area of the Apartment has 2 x settees, Coffee & Dining Tables accomodating 6 people, a TV, CD and DVD.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, a full Oven and all other Kitchen Utensils.
The 3 Bedrooms consist of 1 x Double, and 2 x Twin Bedded Rooms, each with spacious Wardrobes. There are 2 x Shower Rooms with Washbasins.
An Iron (+Board), Hairdryer, Washing Machine (+Drying) are also available.
Further details outdoors: A Patio with Sea views runs the full width of the Apartment and leads into a small enclosed Garden. This comprises of Tables & Chairs for outside eating, together with a Barbecue.
There are two large Swimming Pools and a Child Pool, for use for all Residents of the small Estate. The Pools are open from April - October, with one heated, except in July & August. There is a spacious terrace with Recliners here for Sun bathers.
Off the road Parking facilities are also available.
Conditions
All age ranges are catered for.
Bookings for 2007 are from Saturday to Saturday . All we ask for is an initial deposit of £50 per week booked.
Prices include Cleaning & Laundry per week.
Towels (except Beach) are provided.
A refundable Breakages Deposit is also required upon booking.
