Situated back along a quiet alley, this very spacious former school hall has been renovated, decorated and furnished with great care, retaining the original school windows which stretch from the ground to top floor.

Fishguard is a thriving seaside town with various galleries, restaurants; individual shops a modern leisure centre and a selection of pubs all with a few minutes walk. There are two harbours - the picturesque old fishing harbour at Lower Town and the Irish Ferry harbour at Goodwick.

There is also a small beach at Goodwick backed by a play area for children and a sea school. Newport and St Davids are both a short drive away.


Entrance is into the hallway and through to the spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining room with a solid wood floor.

The KITCHEN AREA is fitted with a range of modern units incorporating a dishwasher, electric oven and hob and microwave oven.

The adjacent UTILITY ROOM houses the fridge, freezer and automatic washing machine.

The DINING AREA has a refectory style dining table with 8 chairs.

The SITTING AREA has 2 large sofas and an easy chair, piano, 42" colour TV with Freeview, DVD and a Playstation.

There is a downstairs SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.


Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with high open rafters.

The MASTER BEDROOM has an oak kingsize bed, and coordinating oak wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.

BEDROOM 2 has an oak double bed with coordinating wardrobe, dressing table, cheval mirror and bedside tables.

BEDROOM 3 has metal beds (both with a further pull-out single metal bed under each), wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables.

The family BATHROOM has a modern suite of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Bedlinen is provided and towels are included in the price.

Garden and Parking

There is an adjacent sheltered patio area with garden furniture, 8 chairs, barbecue and washing line.

Parking is available in the car park 3 minutes walk away 75p per day.

Other Information

There is full heating throughout the property, this is included from May to September and charged at a flat rate of £40 per week at all other times.

A travel cot, highchair and stair gate are available on request.

No smoking in the property thank you.

Towels are included in the rental.

Regretfully, no pets.
